The Upledger Institute was created to promote the pioneering research of Osteopath and healer, John Upledger: CranioSacral Therapy. Kelly has completed the four courses that make up the core of the CranioSacral curriculum and serves as a teaching assistant at CST seminars.

Tibetan Cranial
For three years, Kelly spent one week, twice a year at the Shambhala Mountain Center in Red Feather Lakes, Colorado training in the ancient healing art of Tibetan Cranial.
LifeSpa
For three years Kelly practiced as a Panchakarma therapist under the direction of Ayurvedic practitioner Dr. John Douillard at LifeSpa.
