The Still Point is a pause in the CranioSacral rhythm. In this place, the body can reset and enhance its inherent ability for self-healing. By combining embodied meditation with deeply nourishing yin and restorative yoga, and adding the soothing touch of CranioSacral Therapy as well as Thai Massage, it is our intention to help you find your still point, from which your body can reunite with its natural rhythm.
Still Point Yoga honors the innate self-correcting ability of the body. Each pose is held long enough to release stored tension, emotion, and energetic stagnation. Upon release, you’ll have the opportunity to pause and fully feel what comes to the surface, gather the wisdom of the old, and invite in new health to fill that space. Throughout the class, we’ll provide intentional assists to help you deepen into the experience.
CranioSacral is a gentle hands-on therapy that follows the body’s natural rhythms to release areas of stored tension and restriction. When the restriction is released, there is a pathway for the pain, trauma, and old beliefs to rise to the surface to make space for new life and breath. By working directly with the central nervous system, all systems of the body receive healing benefits.
Thai Massage incorporates the gentle stretches of yoga, with acupressure points and energy work. This ancient healing tradition was founded more than 2,500 years ago by Dr. Shivago, the Buddha’s doctor. Its intention is to release stagnant energy back into the body, in order to restore health and vitality.

About your facilitators:
April Glaser has been teaching yoga locally and internationally since 2007. Her classes are deeply heartfelt and intuitive, drawing inspiration from yin, restorative, vinyasa, Forrest, and a lifetime of dance training. In 2008, she traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand to teach and study Thai massage. She has led numerous Thai massage and partner yoga workshops, and offers private sessions in her home healing space. She is also a writer and poet, with an extensive background in wilderness exploration and ecopsychology.
Kelly Walsh is a medicine woman, weaving together the ancient and modern practices of CranioSacral Therapy, intuitive guidance, energetic practices, Spirit Medicine, and yoga. Her passion is guiding people to consciously embody their greatness with gentleness, humor, and grace to live a vibrant and rich life they love. Kelly is founder of Power Wisdom Purpose, a 3-month course for emerging medicine women and owner of Boulder Healing Arts, where she works with individuals and groups from Boulder and beyond. She’s a tree-huggin’, animal-lovin’ Jersey-girl with a heart of gold, and a fierce appetite for life… and good food.
Passage to the Divine

Come, let yourself be guided to a place of deep, restful awareness; a place beyond time and space where the divine is faithfully waiting for you on the other side.
In this afternoon retreat of nourishing yoga, sacred sound, and healing touch, we will begin by immersing ourselves in nature to initiate a conversation with the land and cross a bridge into an expanded state of being. We’ll then transition into a yin/restorative yoga practice, accompanied by the transformative sounds of the Tibetan Singing Bowls, to help us surrender and deepen into our true essence. During the practice you’ll receive highly intuitive hands-on assists, by way of CranioSacral Therapy and Thai Massage, to further facilitate your unfolding. Our journey will conclude with space for self-reflection and integration. Please join us for this extraordinary mini-retreat, as a way to healthfully indulge in the spaciousness of nature, inner stillness, and genuine self-care.
Please bring any yoga props you might have, including a mat, bolster, block, strap, and/or blanket, as well as water, snacks, a journal, pen, and/or colored pencils.
April Glaser is a deeply heartfelt and intuitive yoga teacher, Thai massage practitioner, poet and wilderness explorer. She is passionate about helping people re-open and remember the truth of who they really are.
Kelly Anne Walsh is an intuitive healer, CranioSacral Therapy practitioner, & owner of Boulder Healing Arts. She uses her rich experience in bodywork, yoga, and spirit medicine to guide people to consciously embody their greatness with gentleness, humor, and grace to live a vibrant and rich life they love.
Myrna Castaline brings 40 years experience in the healing arts to her sound healing sessions with Tibetan singing bowls. Her intention is to sooth, inspire, and awaken your spirit as the sacred sounds reach into the core of your being, experiencing greater awareness of your true self.
